DIY Elderberry Syrup to keep immune systems STRONG .

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup elderberries freeze dried

1/3 cup goji berries

1/4 mullien leaf

1/4 cup echinacea root

2-3 organic garlic cloves

1/2 cup honey (or agave if ur giving to babies 6-12mon old, no honey for them!)

2-3 drops OnGuard eo blend (click my link in bio to get yours!)

Omitting for baby blend.

4.5 cups water .

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except honey and OnGuard in a pot and simmer for 45min.

 

Strain VERY WELL.

 

Add honey and eos, mix well, store in glass in the fridge for 3 months. .

 

Dosage: 1 tsp a day for kids to maintain health. Around sick people? Give 2 tsp. Feel a cold coming on? Give them 4 tsp a day spread out. Adults: 1 tb. Same as kids. . Arm yourself with this AMAZING tool filled with amazing immune system and respiratory support - ingredients!!
